Mold making
According to the requirements of the mold we decide which of the production activities can be performed internally and which can be trusted to specialists, carefully selected by us. We partner with five manufacturers of injection molds, which allows us to manufacture precise tools for technical plastic parts within a short period of time and at competitive prices. Our partners operate in strict compliance with our specifications, guidance and control. Thus the responsibility of the project remains entirely in our hands.
Maintenance and service
Crucial for the flawless and efficient production of plastic products is the correct exploitation of the mold. This is why the mold is cleaned and serviced after start-up, shutdown and during work. This ensures the the operational capability of any instrument at any time.
Storage
The molds are stored in specially designed shelves, in an environment protected from external weather conditions.
